I am delighted to share with you my next NEW deep dive/advanced level class. This class is suitable for those with some knowledge of the meridian energy system. It offers energetic understandings and protocols that can be used for self-care and in therapeutic practice.

The Prime Minister/Vice President of our energy system – The Lungs, Commander of our qi.

The role of the Lungs extends far beyond its role as the director of the breath. Our ability to regulate our energy, find inspiration to live our lives, anchor our dreams, bring purity and meaning into our existence, connect to our individual spirituality, be available to the present moment all reside in the Lungs.

In the Commander of Qi, we will:

• Explore the MOST important acupoints for the energy and health of our Lungs
• Understand the role of the Lungs role as Prime Minister/Vice president/Chief Operating Officer of our energy system
• Thyroxine, the Thyroid and the Lungs
• Learn a protocol for the Po – the spirit of the Lungs, as the “anchor” for our dreams and ambitions
• Discover the somatic experience /the grounded reality of the Po – the corporeal soul
• Wei qi and the Lungs
• Learn about the “special” relationship between the Lungs and the Spleen
• “The Power of Now, our ability to live in the present moment resides in the Lungs
• Post Natal nourishing qi and the Lungs
• The Skin and the Lungs

Our capacity to breathe and hence live sits within the realms of the Lung energy – Our commander of qi – the “delicate organ” with the tenacity and strength of the divine/the warrior/the judge/the keeper of beauty.

I hope you can join me as we embrace the Power of Now and our Commander of Qi
