It is estimated by 2030 that Depression will be the biggest cause of disability worldwide – Professor Edward Bullmore – The Inflamed Mind
Recent research has indicated that the events of the past 18 months have seen an almost 40% rise in people experiencing some sort of anxiety, depression or inner turmoil. That is a truly sobering fact. Uncertainty, isolation and apprehension have the power to undermine our natural inclination towards happiness and contentment.
We have a unique opportunity now to draw on the rich heritage of traditional Oriental practices and understandings and weave them into our daily lives to help us individually and collectively unwind from stress, build optimism and step up into a fulfilling present and future.
Together we will look at:
Emotions and how they underpin the movement of Qi/Energy – either supporting or sabotaging our fundamental being
The 5 Psychic Souls or Spirits of Shen, Po, Hun, Li and Zhi: discover what they are and how YOU can engage with them to help create the reality you want
Brain Plasticity, inflammation, the Nervous system and emotional resilience – together these can be game changers for our emotional and physical well-being
“Psychological” Acupressure and how it supports us – I’m excited to show you how to work some specific points on the body that will make a difference to your outlook on life.
The Emotional Re-set Protocol – as we come out of one of the strangest periods of our lives, we all need to press our re-set buttons – This Protocol helps us do just that.
Depression and Anxiety are different conditions; however, they commonly occur together, let’s not let them take over life – There is a way – together we will experience how to move from disruption to a state of Qi awareness.
The class will be recorded so if you are not able to join live you can watch the replay whenever you want and wherever you are in the World!
