Whilst Vision for Living Ltd has made every effort to ensure that all information, including ticket prices and times, contained within this website is correct, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage whatsoever, which may arise from any reliance upon, the use of, or any dealings with any of the information contained in this website.

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel your booking for a course/class/workshop for any reason and wish to apply for a refund, this will be at the discretion Vision or Living. All cancellations must be received in writing.

Should a refund be agreed by the organizer the following terms apply:

Between 6 months and 3 months prior to the event date – 50% of the total fee minus any deposit, payment and processing charges and an additional £10 administration fee.

Between 3 months and 1 month prior to the event date – 25% of the total fee minus any deposit, payment and processing charges and an additional £10 administration fee.

Less than one month prior to the event date no refund can be offered.

Please note that the refunds outlined above are at the sole discretion of the organizer and apply to each individual case.

Online classes/course workshops The collated manual, any notes, materials and the replay links for the workshop are for your sole use as the purchaser of the online workshop. Unless otherwise agreed by Vision For Living/Kim Dowdell you must not not, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit, make available, disseminate or distribute the replay link, manual or other notes/materials .
