 I invite you to join me as we take a deep dive into the beauty and mystery of the chakra energy system –the wisdom keeper of our soul journey. 

• We will expand beyond the 7 traditional  chakras and work with 10 chakras
• Understand how the chakras form our centre line anatomy and weave into our whole energetic matrix – the meridians, aura and elemental structure
• Learn the 3 major influences for chakra energy integrity or disharmony
• Explore the polarities, links and flows within the chakra system – the intricate energy dance between the individual chakras
• Understand how excessive and deficient chakra energy manifests psychologically, emotionally and physically
• The Vagus Nerve, nervous system regulation and the chakras
• Discover how the chakra system can offer us explanations and answers for chronic conditions, behavioural patterns –  how they can liberate us or keep us “stuck” in old programming and beliefs
• We will work with Acupoint and chakra protocols – bringing 2 great energy systems together
• Chakra mandalas, mudras and meditations
• The chakra vibrational medicine chest – Deep chakra clearing and balancing with crystals, colour, sound, essential oils and flower remedies
