 Every day we take on average around  20,000 breaths – about 7.5 million breaths a year. That is a lot of breathing! Our miraculous bodies do this without us paying any conscious attention to our breathing, but how much better would it be if we did pay attention?

 Oriental Medicine has always known the importance of the breath as a vital pillar of physical, mental and emotional health.
